CONRAD ALUMNI LICENSE PLATES

To obtain a license plate, please send a $15.00 check payable to the Henry C. Conrad Alumni Association to:	Mary Ellen Vitsorek 4933 Old Capitol Trail Penn Drew Manor Wilmington, DE 19808
After the check is received, Mary Ellen will call you to pick your CHS# from the list of available numbers. She will mail you the form to send to Motor Vehicle along with your check for $10.00, payable to the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles. DMV will take care of the rest. Your plate and new registration card will arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. Sorry, this offer is for Delaware residents only.
